Here are your next steps to get started.

Thank you for choosing Wasatch Credit Consulting. We look forward to working with you and helping you reach your credit goals.  A step-by-step process to complete your enrollment is as follows:

1. Go to Identity IQ and subscribe to their 7-day trial program for $1.00. You will be provided with a full credit report with scores that can be used to set up your initial credit analysis and put together your unique casework plan.
2. Email your username, password, and last 4 of your SSN to our secure email at [email protected] and we will download a copy of your credit report. After we save a copy of the report, you can decide if you want to keep the credit monitoring open or cancel it before the 7-day trial ends by calling Identity IQ at 877-875-4347.
3. We will need the following documents to communicate with the credit bureaus on your behalf.  We will attach them to our dispute letters to verify your personal information.  They can be emailed to [email protected], faxed to 801-407-1823, or uploaded into your online account (you will receive login credentials shortly).

1. a. Valid Driver’s License or Government ID
2. b. Copy of your Social Security Card or W-2
3. c. One of the following will serve as proof of your mailing address:-    a recent utility bill (gas, water, electric, etc.)
   –    a recent bank statement (first page only)
   –    a recent phone bill
   –    a recent pay stub
